Customer service is first and foremost for me! Chunky and his team are great! I love their food and the value they provide. I recently brought my mom and my brother and his family and they loved it! He asked me how I found this place. It's a hidden gem and local establishment for years! I don't take a lot of photos, but you owe it to yourself to give them an opportunity! Try the #1 or #3 and sample a variety of items! On a separate note, Chucky and I once fought to buy a meal for a homeless person. You can't help everyone, but you can help someone! That says a lot about Chucky!
Amazing food and this is a big splurge for us since hubby's heart attack but this was our go to place at least every month. Staff and service is beyond excellent. Food is making me want to go there now!!! Honest good home cooking and I usually get the menudo to bring home to my parents.
The Frog is without a doubt the best Mexica restaurant in town. Quirky atmosphere, friendly staff and AWESOME food. Doesn't get any better. Try the tamales and rellanos. They are super!
Wow! Been living in Stockton for 19 years and have driven by many times. Had to meet a friend in that area so I told her to meet me at ESF. The food was amazing! Like super good! I had a shredded beef taco and enchilada combo and everything was on point. I'll definitely be back although it's 14 minutes away. Server was also very nice and great at his job, just a tad slow but it's okay. Try it! You'll be pleased.

Our lunch started with the most friendly customer service. Shout out to Chucky and his sweetheart of a cousin Sofia. The crushed ice and Coke was the perfect accompaniment to our delicious meal. The salsa was the right amount of kick. We enjoyed taco and enchilada combination plates. The sauce/gravy was to die for. I thought my boyfriend was going to lick it off the plate. We will absolutely be back and will highly recommend to all our family and friends. Delicious!!!
This is a Stockton institution. While it's not your most authentic Mexican place, you get consistent good food and a lot of it. A true family business, they treat you like family. My go to is the #3- it is a combo dish with chile verde, chile colorado, chile relleno, chicken enchilada, chicken taco and rice and beans. They serve it hot and fast. My 2nd choice is the camarones al mojo de ajo (garlic shrimp). Garlicky and buttery, it's delicious. They recently added homemade tortillas on weekends. If you haven't tried it, give it a shot.

El Senor Frog's have been one of the oldest and best Mexican restaurants in the city of Stockton. There are numerous Mexican restaurants in Stockton, but El Senor Frog's is one of my top 3. Pork & Chicken Flautas- 5/5 Authentically Mexican spices marinade the meats with Refried beans and Spanish rice. Very tasty and delicious. Pork Tamales - 5/5 The masa was prepared perfectly. The sauce was spiced just right and the pork tender and delicious. And excellent selection. There is indoor and outdoor seating when the weather gets warmer. The service is excellent. Our servers were friendly, helpful and kept our water glasses full. El Senor Frog's was established in 1994 and is family owned and operated, with the common goal of providing excellent service. I different received recommend giving El Senor Frog's a try if you're in Stockton.
